Balearic Islands: fall in property prices during the first quarter

Despite a 5.4% increase over the previous year, housing prices in the Balearic Islands fell 0.9 in the first quarter.

Its price, placed at 2759 euros / m2, nevertheless remains 50% above the Spanish national average value.

Regarding the average price of second-hand housing, three cities exceed 4,000 euros per square meter.

These are Ibiza, with 5,252 euros per square meter, Santa Eulària des Riu with 4,474 euros per square meter and Calvià, with 4,124 euros per square meter.

On the other hand, the cheapest city is Ferreries, with 1,387 euros per square meter.
